Have you ever dreamed of going INTO THE WILD?

Then Baikal Lake is what you are looking for! The deepest lake in the world in Russian Siberia is a great opportunity for real adventures and wonderful vacations in the wild nature. You can have a great time here in summer as well as in winter. You can find any kind of activities here - skiing and skating in winter, fishing, hiking, kayaking, horse-riding, bird-watching and animal-watching in summer, and many other exciting things to do.

We suggest that you make the first stop in one of the most beautiful places on Baikal - Bolshie Koty, a small hideaway village, 90 km (56 miles) from Irkutsk.

Staying here for a few days, you will have a good chance to start your acquaintance with the Lake without losing usual comfort.
Uniqueness of the village is provided by absence of traffic and trains - the only way to get here is a boat or your own feet. And at the same time you will find all necessary services in our cozy hostel.

Our hostel accomodates up to 12 people in summer season (May-September), but even if you travel with many friends we will always find the place for all of them in the village.

Note: you can easily combine trip to Baikal Lake with trip to nearby China and Mongolia, as well as to other parts of Russia. We will be happy to help you with any information about these areas.
